The summer is almost over and even the university students are going back! This has been a busy few months for both Mary and I. Mary has been out of the country, and I have been in the country but with limited connections with the outside world (no phone signal/internet).
Mary has now removed the toilet from Jellyfish, and replaced it with a chart table. This, as well as moving the radio and switch board, and creating plans for a bin, storage area, and cold storage area.
Meanwhile, I have produced a number of different communications. This blog will be the main place to see our progress. I have also produced a leaflet, outlining our plans and how people can help us achieve these, as well as giving some background to FACT. These are currently printing, so as to be ready for the boat show tomorrow!
Mary and I are both going to attend the boat show on the 16th with the aim of procuring much of the equipment we need, as well as building relationships with as many companies as possible. We then both head back to university, into our final year of study!
Please pray for our continued preparations. In particular for the boat show, that we may present ourselves and FACT (Fellowship Afloat) in the best way possible, that we may find all the equipment that we need, and that God may greatly bless our conversations on that day. Also, prayer for university study would be amazing, as we both have a lot on this year.
Thank you for all your support so far, and we will endeavour to keep in touch.
All the best
Becky (and Mary)
